A Culver pano

Culver Pano

This photo was more of a test. Let me explain: as some of you may know, I’ve been walking around with an Olympus OM-D E-M5 lately. And to go along with that, I’ve paired it with the Panasonic Leica 25mm lens. I’ve been absolutely loving it, but more on that later. Anyways, I was walking around my office in Culver City when I noticed how great the clouds looked in the distance. So I decided to go up to the roof of the parking structure to see if I could shoot it somehow, even with just my prime lens. It was at this moment that I decided to try my hand at a pano shot. Processing this photo I can see so many errors that I plan to correct for the next time, and mistakes that I wasn’t so careless to make with previous panos, but I wanted to see if my computer could handle the several RAW files from the OM-D to stitch this together. My computer is fine for most everything, but if I’ve tried to stitch too many RAW files together with my D3S, the computer freaks out and says, “No way man”. But wouldn’t you know it, my computer was able to handle this one. And though the crop isn’t so pleasing, I still managed to get those clouds just the way I liked it, so I’m keeping this one! He he. ;-P
