During my impromptu road trip to the Eastern Sierra, I had the utmost pleasure of spending some time at the beautiful Lake Sabrina. I had gotten there very early for some star shooting, but I decided to stay all the way until the sunrise and I’m very glad I did. It was by far one of the most peaceful places I had ever been to. Aside from the occasional slight breeze, the air was so calm that the water stayed very still and glassy. The Fall colors were starting to come in and was already painting the surrounding mountains with some beautiful yellow and orange. The sun had just risen high enough to touch the very tips of the mountain. The sky was clean and clear, and though I usually love to have some epic clouds up there, this suited the mood and scene perfectly. I couldn’t help but smile. But then again, who wouldn’t smile when watching a scene like this in person?
