If you stop and think about it, when was the last time you visited some of the landmarks in your city? Well for me I haven’t visited so many landmarks since I was a child. I’m talking years and years, which was exactly the case with the Los Angeles Public Library. I hadn’t been here in such a long time, that when I stepped foot inside it felt like I was there for the first time in my life. And you know what? I’m glad I decided to make a return visit. This library is filled with so much beautiful artwork and epic halls that it’s more like being in a museum rather than a library. Take this hall for example, just outside of the Tom Bradley Wing of the library. The high walls and ceilings have incredible artwork covering almost every inch. Most notable is this beautiful mural by artist Dean Cornwell, which shows visitors the different stages of California history.
