When my pal +Cameron Siguenza was in town earlier this summer for a quick visit, a bunch of us in LA gathered for a photowalk to give him a warm welcome to Southern California. I originally met Cameron up North in San Francisco, so I wasn’t about to miss out on shooting with him in my hometown. We all decided to meetup in Downtown LA to shoot the fountains of the DWP building so as we all started to setup and find our own compositions, I decided to look up and noticed how golden the sun was looking as it was starting to dip below the horizon. So naturally, I took some shots before I missed out on California’s golden touch completely. Just in front of the sun was a local high school stadium. I kind of found it interesting with the palm trees and stadium lights reaching up to the clouds as the natural light was fading.
