Driving by trees Driving by trees

During my time in Singapore, I was able to get some time to myself when my sister and her family visited some relatives. So, i decided to take a walk around the area. No maps, no transport, just a good old fashioned simple walkabout. Aside from the Fusionopolis building, there wasn’t actually much about this particular area that was unique to the country, but the one thing I did take an interest to was the walkway crossing above this highway. I’m a big fan of cars so I just stood here for a while checking out the cars passing by that we would never get to see in the States. It also helped that there was some shade on this particular section of the walkway because it’s super hot and humid in Singapore. So I had some shade, a nice breeze flowing through the highway and some nice car spotting. It was a good day. icon wink Driving by trees

Singapore has always been one of my favorite destinations in Asia. This picture does Singapore justice….Clean and well manicured!
